Case Study: Beacon of Hope
Collaborated with Beacon of Hope across multiple
initiatives, creating print collateral, website designs, and strategic recommendations to strengthen brand clarity and community engagement.
Client: Beacon of Hope Therapy & Consulting Services
Industry: Psychology & Mental Health Services
Project Type: Print Collateral, Website Design, Brand Foundations
Overview
Beacon of Hope Therapy & Consulting Services is a solo therapy practice founded by a licensed social worker and therapist committed to providing compassionate, client-centered mental health care. As a newly launched practice, the client needed a professional and cohesive brand presence, a functional
website, and printed marketing materials to establish credibility, attract clients, and support community outreach
My Role
Lead Strategist, Creative Director, and Designer.
The Goal
The client had no existing branding or online presence to represent their practice professionally. They needed a user-friendly website to clearly communicate
their services and credentials, along with printed collateral for community events and tabling opportunities to help attract and convert potential clients.
The Approach
I began with discovery calls to understand the client’s mission, values, ideal client, and the tone they wanted to convey—warm, trustworthy, and professional.
From there, I developed a cohesive visual foundation and translated it across digital and print touchpoints, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency
throughout the brand experience.

Deliverables
-
Developed foundational brand guidelines, including color palette, typography, and usage guidance
-
Designed a professional, responsive website highlighting services, credentials, and contact information
-
Integrated a user-friendly contact form to support appointment inquiries
-
Implemented blog functionality to share mental health insights and improve engagement and SEO
-
Designed high-quality print collateral, including brochures, business cards, and flyers
-
Created clear messaging and calls-to-action to encourage client outreach
Outcome
Following the launch of the new branding, website, and marketing materials, the client reported a 50% increase in client inquiries, particularly after a successful community tabling event. The website established credibility and made it easier for potential clients to learn about services and request
appointments. The print materials supported effective outreach, resulting in more connections, referrals, and visibility within the community.
